Why should I live at Forest Park Village? Several reasons.  We have updated our units to offer a contemporary look.   We are very conveniently located near where 635 and 35 meet.  So you can get anywhere in DFW in no time.  At the same time, we are a very quiet community in the perfect location with dining and shopping a short drive or easy walk. The pool is very popular in the summer with free swimming lessons for all residents provided by the YMCA every summer.  We also have a soccer field on site and soccer balls for free check out in the community office. Foremost, we hope we have the best and most helpful office staff who truly enjoy people and taking good care of residents and residents’ needs.

 

How do I choose a property with the best security? At Forest Park, we have a very effective monitored video surveillance system and have had for years. Our resident's safety is our highest priority. Further, our residents' automobiles and other items should be well protected. We actively participate in Neighborhood Watch Program. Security should be the top priority at every apartment complex. We hope and believe our system surpasses that of the surrounding apartment communities.

 

How about pets? Absolutely.  Pets under 35 pounds are welcome; there are some breed restrictions.  Pet deposits are partially refundable.

How do I get a maintenance need met?  Easily. Just come by the office and we’ll fill out a quick form for you to get prompt attention.  If there is a problem getting to the office, please call.

 

What do I do if I have an emergency maintenance need?  There are maintenance technicians on call 24 hours a day if you have emergent needs.

 

How is public transportation?  It is quite good.  Bus stops are conveniently located in front of the Dallas Public Library located right in front of our property.  

 

How do I find out where my children will go to school when I move into Forest Park Village?  This is easily done.  Just call the Dallas Independent School District at (972)925-3700.

 

Do you have resources for renter’s insurance?  Yes.  Residents often use the company they have used in the past, but we have information available.

 

What are the pool hours?   10 AM to 10 PM seven days a week.

 

Are laundry facilities adequate at Forest Park? Yes. We have plenty of laundry facilities. They are fresh new, in comfortable heated and air-conditioned laundry areas, with long operating hours and are beautifully maintained.
